One Trip Planned, One More to Go

We booked our Spring trip to NYC today. I am super excited! One of my best friends throws a fabulous St. Patty's Day Party every year, and everyone flies out for it. This year Dylan and I are going too! I will be seeing about 10 of my best friends from college - yes we are all still very close!

We will be in NYC for 5 days. We'll basically have two days to ourselves before we meet up with everyone else. Since I LOVE food, I am looking for restaraunt suggestions.

This sexy man is responsible for the fabulous St. Patty's Day party. As you can tell, he knows how to have a good time! I LOVE him!

And this weekend we completely changed our summer vacation plans. We had decided to go London and Paris this summer - BUT of course I changed my mind! Ha, ha! Good thing we didn't book the trip a few weeks ago!!!

I've been to London several times and Paris before too, so I started wanting to go some place I have never been. Then I decided I wanted culture and beach all at the same time. We've narrowed it down, and it looks like we are going to go to THAILAND!

Phuket

I would love to do Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. But, Dylan really wants to explore several cities in Thailand, and we are only going to be gone for about 10-12 days. I am super excited now! Not that I wasn't excited about London and Paris, but honestly the trip was really getting expensive. Thailand is actually going to be more affordable when you factor if all of our travel, and the fact that we will have English speaking guides with us the entire time.

I think we are looking to go to Bangkok (for maybe 2 days max), Chiang Mai, and Phuket. We are just starting the planning, but luckily I believe we will be going through a travel agency that specializes in the South Pacific and Asia an old co-worker of mine now runs.
