A Yummy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! It was an absolutely beautiful day in Los Angeles today! Good thing I went on a long run this morning, because I definitely ate my allotted calories for the week! It was completely worth it though.

This morning we ate delicious pumpkin pancakes. I bought a mix from Trader Joe's, and they tasted so good! Doesn't Trade Joe's have the best stuff???

Tonight Dylan took me to Blue Plate Oysteria in Santa Monica. It is one of my absolute favorite places to eat at in Los Angeles. I LOVE oysters - but even if you don't love oysters there are plenty of amazing dishes on the menu.

If you live in Los Angeles or ever visit, you have to go to Blue Plate Oysteria. It is quite a small place, and they do not take reservations. You can call ahead and have the hostesss put your name on the list which is what we've done.

Tonight I had oysters on the half, oyster ceviche, and the lobster roll. Everything was very yummy! I have friends coming into town next weekend, and they said they wanted to go. I guess I will have to go back next weekend! :)
